Odoo Business Development Manager – Pre-Sales (ERP Solutions)

Odoo Growth Manager (Sales) 

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager, open to both experienced candidates and freshers who are eager to start their career in ERP sales. The role involves working with Odoo ERP, managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—and conducting initial product demonstrations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Understand client requirements
  • Conduct initial demos and product presentations (functional overview)
  • Coordinate with technical/functional teams for detailed demos and implementation
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
  • Manage complete sales cycle (lead → demo → negotiation → closure)
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Odoo - Sample 2 for three columns

    Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (functional expertise preferred)
  • Solid understanding of key business processes, including Sales, CRM, Accounting, and Inventory
  • Confident in delivering engaging product demonstrations
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP or software sales
  • Highly self-driven with a results-oriented mindset

    Good to Have

  • Prior experience with Odoo (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the ERP implementation lifecycle
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Familiarity with the SaaS or ERP industry
  • Good command of the English language (preferred)
